At Ceres, our sourdough is crafted with organic, locally grown New England wheat, whole grains, a 10-year-old starter named Sylvia, and a whole lot of love. Each loaf is hearty with a crisp, golden crust. Inside, it’s soft, chewy, and full of the rich, nutty flavor of grains like wheat and spelt. The natural fermentation brings a distinct tangy sourness, creating a unique, wholesome bread with satisfying earthy charm.
